Mindfulness Teacher & CEO

Melena Kiriaki is the co-founder & CEO of The Awareness & Compassion Project with filmmaker/writer Bob Peck and musician/writer Scott Standley. She is a licensed Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hr), and a Corporate Mindfulness Trainer since 2018. Melena's meditation, yoga practice and lifestyle blossomed after she came into a deep, consistent meditation practice that benefitted her mental and emotional life in transformative ways.

    You don't need a mindfulness certification or a mindfulness practice to work with MIND MUSCLE, but it helps! You simply need to play the videos and follow along.

  • What age group does MIND MUSCLE work for?

    These five original lessons are best suited for ages 7-11. We're currently working on more material for all ages!
